How To Order
If the item you are purchasing requires a detailed order form,
it will be directly under the item, and will not have the "add to cart"
fill out the order form, and once received, we will email you with further details and an invoice.
If your purchase is made through paypal, once we receive it, we will email you to get further information for your item.
You can download the Uniform Bag order form below and email it also.

I will e-mail you when I have received your order. I will also be able to get more information and specifics at this time, such as patches, ribbons, rank, and lining fabric. If you choose to send your own, note that you will need 1 yard.
If you have a photo or pattern of a bag, you may send that as well. Please note however, I will not copy a bag from another website. Most of us are familiar with each others' work, and If I recognize it, I am sorry, unless you change the style, I will not copy their work. Please respect their work, and mine as well.
Your confirmation email will also have the address for you to
mail in your top. Here, you will also find my phone number for further details, or additional questions.

Items that require detailed personalization, such as quilts and cakes will not have the "add to cart" option.
If your item does not have an "add to cart" option, we will email you an invoice and you can opt to pay via CC, Debit Card, Cash, Money Order, or Personal Check. Personal Checks may not be for an amount over $100.00. Please note, if paying by personal check, your order will not be started until the funds have cleared our bank. There is a mandatory $30.00 returnedcheck fee if your check is returned from our bank.

It takes 4-6 weeks before your completed bag is shipped back to you.

SHIPPING
All items are shipped USPS Priority Mail with delivery confirmation. Shipping is based on items ordered, and is as follows:
Bags/Purses/Diaper Bags : $10.00
Jewelry / Burpies / Etc. : $3.50
Burpie Sets : $5.00
PAYMENT
Payment is due at the time of purchase. We prefer paypal, however we accept cash,checks, or money orders

Please note, all returned checks will be charged an additional $30.00 fee and please understand, production of your order will not begin until funds have cleared our bank.

RETURNS
Hero On My Shoulder wants everything you purchase from us to meet your upmoststandards. If something you order from us arrives damaged in anyway, please contact us immediately to resolve the problem. We will be happy to redo / fix your original item, however, we can not issue refunds or exchanges, as all of our merchandise is custom made.
